• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or application used to operate the platform.

Amendments take effect on the date stated in the notice. For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above mechanisms, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated and are effective as of January 1, 2026. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
